Modern Agent Institute is dedicated to offering flexible and supportive options for our students and clients. We recognize that plans may shift, so we’ve designed our refund and rescheduling policies to be fair and transparent. These policies are also included in the enrollment agreement signed during registration.
Refunds for all courses, excluding Exam Prep, Coaching, and Business Planning, are available within 3 days of purchase, subject to a $50 cancellation fee per course and the deduction of material costs.
Courses are non-refundable after 3 days from the purchase date.
If any portion of a course has been started, accessed, or materials downloaded, the course is no longer eligible for a refund. Unused courses that are non-refundable may be transferred to a different course or package. Any associated fees, such as material or transfer costs, may apply.
Textbooks and course materials are non-refundable once they have left our premises or been shipped to the student. If a refund is processed for a course, the cost of the materials will be deducted from the refund amount. Updated materials will be provided free of charge if course content is revised within 60 days of purchase. For updates after 60 days, students will be required to purchase the new materials.
Exam Prep courses are non-refundable once any portion of the course has been accessed, including attendance or use of online materials.
Students have one year from the date of purchase to retake the Exam Prep course as often as needed at no additional cost.
Packages that include coaching or business planning services follow a separate policy:
Non-Refundable: Coaching and business planning portions of packages cannot be refunded once purchased.
Rescheduling: Coaching and business planning sessions can only be rescheduled once. All sessions must be completed within 6 weeks after the completion of the associated courses.
Failure to Attend: If a student does not attend the rescheduled session, it will be forfeited without further rescheduling or refund options.
