Modern Agent Institute is committed to providing flexible and supportive options for all students and clients. We understand that plans may change, and our policies are designed to remain fair, transparent, and student-focused. Please note: these policies are also included in the enrollment agreement signed at registration.
General Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for all courses (excluding Exam Prep, Coaching, and Business Planning) within 3 days of purchase, subject to:
- A $50 cancellation fee per course.
- Deduction of any material costs.
- After 3 days, courses are non-refundable.
- If any portion of a course has been started, accessed, or materials downloaded, the course is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Unused, non-refundable courses may be transferred to another course or package (transfer or material fees may apply).
Materials and Textbooks
Textbooks and course materials are non-refundable once shipped or removed from our premises.
- If a refund is issued for a course, the cost of materials will be deducted from the refund.
- Updated course materials will be provided at no cost if content revisions occur within 60 days of purchase.
- After 60 days, students must purchase the updated materials.
Exam Prep Refund Policy
- Exam Prep courses are non-refundable once accessed (including attendance or online materials).
- Students may retake Exam Prep courses for up to one year from the purchase date at no additional cost.
Coaching and Business Planning Policy
- Non-Refundable: Coaching and business planning services are non-refundable once purchased.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once only. All sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of completing the associated course(s).
- Failure to Attend: Missing a rescheduled session will result in forfeiture without further rescheduling or refund.
